Landscape Architect –

5+ Years Experience

Rosalia Sanni Design is an award-winning landscape design studio based in Greenwich, CT. We are seeking a full-time -mid to senior- level Landscape Architect / Designer with 5+ years of experience to be closely involved in all aspects of the work— from creative vision through technical execution.

About the Role

This position serves as a designer and primary point of contact for high-end residential commissions. The role includes guiding projects from site analysis and concept design through permitting, construction documentation, and construction administration to bring projects to completion.

The role involves working independently to manage project responsibilities day to day, while collaborating with the Principal and the RSD team, as well as clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.

Who This Is For / Skills Needed

  • Licensed Landscape Architect preferred, with 5+ years of experience in high-end residential design

  • Strong design sensibility paired with technical confidence, including knowledge of construction detailing and horticultural principles

  • Clear communication and strong organizational skills; comfort working directly with clients and professional teams

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; working knowledge of Photoshop and SketchUp

  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks independently across multiple projects and deadlines while contributing effectively within a collaborative studio environment
